On Friday, November 15, St. Tammany Economic Development Corporation hosted our inaugural St. Tammany Sector Symposium: Healthcare Innovation and Economic Impact.

The inaugural 2024 Symposium focused on the critical industry sector of healthcare which directly impacts our collective quality of life and employs over 17,000 residents. This half-day event included a state of the sector economic overview, dynamic panels highlighting the regional healthcare ecosystem, innovation, and policy, fireside chats discussing AI disruption and integration, and a keynote address from Ochsner Health CEO Pete November.
