St. Tammany Economic Development Corporation is a 501-c3 non-profit organization. Our efforts directly support the St. Tammany Parish community through coordinated outreach and strategic collaborations between many regional and community organizations, as well as our local government.
Who leads St. Tammany Economic Development Corporation?
Our CEO Chris Masingill leads our economic development efforts. Chris is an accomplished economic development professional who has championed an effort to revitalize economic development in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana since July 2018.

Through the implementation of our strategic vision, St. Tammany Corporation has helped to directly facilitate business development and expansion projects, representing over $284.3 million in local investment and the creation of approximately 1,296 new jobs and the retention of 910 jobs in the past 6 years of operation. What is THRIVE2023?
THRIVE2023 is St. Tammany Corporation’s five-year economic development strategic plan that will serve as the road map for the future of economic development in St. Tammany Parish. In February 2019, THRIVE2023 was formally adopted by our Board of Commissioners and implementation of the strategic priorities identified in the plan began.
