St. Tammany Corporation, the Tourism Commission and Cleco sponsored a study, conducted by Stone Planning LLC, to access and analyze the feasibility of a potential new sports and family events arena in St. Tammany Parish.
The study was commissioned following a presentation of arena opportunities identified by Hat Trick Consultants/Hat Trick Facilities. The below report presents the results of Stone Planning’s research, analysis, findings, and conclusions and recommendations, and is intended to assist St. Tammany Parish in evaluating the viability of the facility.
This report has been prepared for use by economic development, local elected and government officials, project developers, business leaders, and community stakeholders, and should not be relied upon by any other party. The report has been structured to provide research, conclusions and recommendations, and forecasts to provide information to project leaders and other stakeholders to strategically plan for potential new development and should not be used for any other purpose. This report and its findings may not be included or reproduced in any public offering statement or other financing document.
